Pre-sale home repairs and punch lists

Preparing to list? Homeowners and realtors can send the inspection or repair list and target listing date. Brandon will review priorities, scope and availability before scheduling.

Repair packages and scope

Quick Fix $250 for up to 2 hours; Half-Day Help $500 for up to 4 hours; featured Full-Day Punch List Package $900 for up to 8 hours. The normal first-day package saves $100 versus $1,000 at standard $125/hour. It applies once to the first 8 hours of a project; all later time, including subsequent days, is $125/hour, not another $900 package. Materials billed separately at cost. Material purchases, travel, specialized work and permit-requiring work may require explicit estimates; regulated work requires appropriately licensed professionals. Scope, availability and additional work must be approved.
